COCOWISH'S RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to email us at hello@cocowish.com to notify us that you would like to make a return. Once we receive your email, your request is logged and our team emails you. Even if it takes our team time to respond to your email, your return request has been submitted.
We will contact you with your return instructions. You will then have 14 days from the date these are issued to send your returns.
If you have a question about sizing please feel free to contact us at hello@cocowish.com before making your purchase. If you are unsure what size to choose, we suggest sizing up.
Please inspect all items upon receipt to ensure any issues are addressed within your order's return window.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Cocowish items are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit if they are:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- With original tags and packaging intact
- Free of stains, odors, hair (animal or human) or damage
- We are notified by email to hello@cocowish.com within 14 days of delivery that you would like to make a return. Once our team has provided you with your return instructions, your items must be returned within 14 days.
*Due to hygienic reasons, all purchases of swimwear/underwear are final sale and ineligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International returns and exchanges are free. Contact us at hello@cocowish.com for return information and instructions.
RETURN PROCESS
Email hello@cocowish.com and provide:
- The name that the order was purchased under
- The order number
- The email address associated with the order
- Your shipping address
- The desired eligible outcome (refund, exchange or store credit)
Depending on what you elected and what your purchase is eligible for, you can expect the following:
- Money-Back Refunds: We will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refund payments can take up to fourteen (14) days depending on your original payment method.
- Exchanges: We will complete your exchange and ship your updated order to you as soon as possible.
- Store Credit: Store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a digital gift card. The digital gift card will be sent through our notification system to the email address associated with your order. You can also give your store credit to someone special simply by forwarding the digital gift card on to whomever you wish.
